Planning-25%. this step requires much more time compared to the other steps. Here the entire project is summarized; information collected, resources gathered and the building the foundation of the project
Analysis-10%. In this phase the project management approval package is approaved. the outputs are basically requirements, specifications, High-level object model. this outputs should take less time to complete
Design-20%. In this phase high level design is required, hence a little more time is required for these purpose.
Developement-20%. migrated product application and training require much more time hence time should be invested in this phase
testing-10%. production, security approval and final training plan should not consume alot of time.
Implementation-15%. the peer code review, developer unit test certifications are among the outputs of this stage. this stage does not require much time
