(I understand it is = to 0...but it is asking me what the solution set is.

9(x+3)=6(x-3)+3(x+15)

can be broken down to

9x+27=6x-18+3x+45

which can simplify to

9x + 27 = 9x + 27

Since the sides are the same, the solution set is all real numbers.
