1. What is the purpose of the programming document? Why is one done? What problems may occur if the programming process is not followed and a programming document not developed?
2. When do you think a well-organized and complete program is more important: when the same architects do both programming and design for a project? Or when separate entities complete the two tasks, i.e., FMers do the program and then hand off to the architects/designers?
3.How can the facility affect corporate culture? Can it change it? If so, how?
4. A goal of IFMA is to promote FMers as full members of the strategic management team of an organization, rather than just a facility expert. Do you agree? What value can an FMer bring to the table when the future direction of an organization is being planned?
