Quality of service is so important in the hospitality and tourism industries

Growth of tourism and hospitality industriesis purely based on services provided.Excellent service will attract  more tourists to visit tourist destinations at the same time hotels where service would be equally of high standards so that these tourists keep coming back and recommending their friends.

Challenge for organizations who do not deliver as expected

Obviously the main challenge will be lack of patrons and tourists. Human beings go for excellent service if an organization lacks this then less business will be done and can close down.It is mandatory than in hospitality and tourism industries the concerned organizations should look for ways to offer excellent customer service for their existence.Staff servicing in these industries should be trained on customer service so that are able to perform well and compete effectively.
