If the height is 11, and the DIAMETER
is 7 then the radius will be r=d/2 =7/2 we simply have to plug in the numbers
to solve the problem. 
SA=2(7/2) (7/2+11)
7+29/2=14+29/2=21.5
21=Surface Area
