high-level document referred to as Business Needs Identification Statement. It is a high-level
need that should be met through utilization of merging of manual and automatic processes. On
the other hand, Work Breakdown Structure have more defined and detailed processes. It focuses
on the decomposition of phases, levels, packages, and deliverables of the project. It shows a list
