A nurse is instructed to check a patient's blood pressure every 75 minutes and another is instructed to take the same patient's temperature every 105 minutes. If both nurses are in the patient's room now, how long will it be until the nurses are together in the room once again?

We have to find the smallest  integers n and m such that 75n=105m (similar to finding the least common denominator in fractions)

Dividing we have: n/m =105/75 = 7/5. It cannot be reduced further, 7 and 5 are prime numbers

Thus we found that 105*5=75*7 = 525 minutes = 8 hours and 45 minutes

This will be the next time their measurement time coincide.
