If so then who do I contact and what is the procedure?

The process fairly straightforward. The Court may appoint someone to represent the interest of children if you had any, but they will not appoint someone to represent you in a divorce.

At the Provisional Hearing what documents are required to present to the judge?  Also, if I don't agree with the the proposed Provisional agreement what documents do I present and to whom regarding the points I don't agree with?
