find the roots of the following equation:

x^2+2x+6=0

x^2+2x+6=0; ax^2+bx+c=0

x={-b+/- sqrt(b^2-4ac)}/2a

x={-2+/- sqrt(2^2-4(1)(6))}/2(1)

x={-2+/- sqrt(-20)}/2

x={-2+/-2isqrt(5)}/2

x=-1+/- isqrt(5)

the roots are complex numbers.

x=-1+isqrt(5) and x=-1-isqrt(5)

Why you take so long to answer this question, now I'm late on the question

Studypool gives 20 minutes for each question and i did it quite fast. Sorry for the inconveniece
