Professionalism
Teachers place trust in the students’ abilities of developmental, observing and
following their progress in a modest way for guiding them to success. Teachers need to have
objectives for their selected activities. Thus, with the intention of being optimally effective, the
teacher needs to be educated in areas of human development and growth, observational abilities
(for matching needs of students with the proper materials), a larger range of learning activities
and materials (and the capability of designing their own learning surroundings), teaching
approaches that help individual in growth, and skills of leadership that foster a supportive,
nurturing environment. Observation skills, patience, and knowledge of the student’s physical
needs are critical (Noddings, 2005).
Students are stimulated in perseverance, learning for balancing inhibitions and impulses
with the intention of coming for making decisions for themselves. The students need be involved
actively in their individual learning, from choosing inducements to setting goals, pointing out
that the childhood phenomenon of imitation serves its own goal of encountering the existing
objectives of the student (Noddings, 2005).
By communicating providing and proper feedback to students, teachers must establish a
positive relationship with the students. Respect amid student and teacher with both feeling
enthusiastic when teaching and learning. Having established an encouraging relation with
learners will boost them for seeking education and being enthusiastic and be in school.
Student Engagement Strategies
Enabling the students for developing their individual learning is one more significant
educational requirement. A student can only move forward when the opportunity is given to
