This paper will majorly concentrate on what I have learned for some time now
concerning the Wikipedia. Intensive research and careful interrogations have been done to come
up with such a paper. The main points of reflection from our various classes will be focused on
how to manage newcomers to media networks; also moderation will be discussed in details in
later pages. To sum up the paper, I will talk about the governance of network communities so as
to develop a cohesive and well-equipped society ethically and professionally (James, 2015). I
will also talk about the hard experience that I have gained in the process of trying to get more
information about Wikipedia and how I am applying that experience in the real and practical life
to ensure that my impact has been felt to any society where I find myself in.
Additionally, I won`t forget to narrate to you about the relevant and useful skills that I
have gained over time and how they have helped me to improve in my communication skills
