Based on your literature review and research on the organization, you will provide recommendations if there are any shortcomings in the organization. If you think that the organization is performing very well in regard to your topic, you should underline why it is doing well based on your literature review. vi. Conclusion (3%): This section should be approximately one page and underline the main points of your report. vii. References: Please follow the APA format (sixth ed.) for referencing. viii. Appendices (optional): You can add any supporting documents (photos, tables, graphs, etc.) in this section. Please note that the remaining 2% of your mark will be given based on the level of professionalism of your report and how closely you follow the format given above. Specifically, your report should be double-spaced and not exceed seven pages in total (excluding the title page, references, and appendices). Please use Times New Roman 12-point font and make sure there are no typos or grammatical errors in your report. I ask you to follow the APA (sixth edition) citation style throughout the text.
