If your graph is limited, how do you fit numbers like 3 and 460 on it?

I am in 8th grade honors science and I'm having trouble fitting numbers like 460 and 3 on a graph that is suppose to compare rabbit and lynx populations. I would appreciate if someone could explain how to fit it onto a graph with limited space. Please and thank you

For the axis with large numbers, such as 460, a scale of 1 unit reprsents 50 rabbits.

if the space is very small, please use the scale of 1 unit represents 100 rabbits.

for the axis with the value of 3, use the scale of 1 unit represents 4 lynx
