Organizational Theory
Organizational theory scrutinizes organizations to establish the patterns and structures they
use to straighten out issues, boost effectiveness and efficiency, and meet the desires for
stakeholders (Laegaard & Bendslev, 2006). Organizational behavior is the area of scrutiny that
examines how authoritative structures influence conduct inside organizations. Organizational
behavior ponders the effect people, congregation, and structures have on human behaviour inside
organizations. It is an interdisciplinary field that incorporates human science, psychology,
correspondence, and administration (Jannatul, 2016). Organizational behavior supplements
hierarchical hypothesis, which centers on authoritative and intra-hierarchical topics, and
supplements human-resource studies, which is more centered on ordinary business activities.
