interchangeably with alternative intervention, requires unorthodox medical care practices; it
encourages unexplored techniques far from the standard procedures. This article will be geared
towards giving a detailed description of complementary intervention in disparity with traditional
interventions as well as the benefits and risks inherent in the use of either of these modalities.
