A proposal for a company

Question Description

So I need a full detailed proposal for a new company. What hardware they'd use, software, servers, websites, costs, high availability, disaster recovery .. etc. I want everything in a so very deep detailed manner with calculating every single cost of every single things we have to add. With explaining why did we add this thing and why do we think it is better to add it. For example, why did you decide to add WSUS to the server of the company? What would we get from that? Also the details of the implementation would be appreciated as well. Like some specific configuration highlights. A lot of things are optional but still have to write them. For example, the email server of the company. Is it external or internal or both? Can employees use their emails to email people outside the company or not? It is up to you to choose but with explaining why and such. Attached are some documents that might be helpful understand it better. Just imagine a real new investor has asked you to design their new company. I need every single detail. However, for starts there are gonna be 5 departments of the company. IT, Finance, Human resources, Engineering, and Marketing. You also have to see what do they need, like specific software they might use and stuff. Please note this all would be a Microsoft environment. Means all operating systems are windows and every software has to be a Microsoft product. However, the hardware may be anything other than that. Like HP or Dell, for example. No specific format is required, as long as it is professional. Because everything is gonna be read by people who have no clue about IT. That's why including costs is important.

Technical Document #2 Consultant Design Document Scenario: You are a consultant for an IT consulting firm, specializing in Windows Client/Server Infrastructure. A company has hired you to design them an end-to-end environment for their new child company. Currently they have a datacenter with power, cooling, and a 50Mbps Verizon Business line – that is it. It is your responsibility to design and spec out everything else that’s needed, how it should be configured, how it should be installed, and how it should work. This includes a rack, networking gear, servers, operating systems, licenses, configuration, etc. They have provided you with the following initial details. NewCo will have approximately 120 employees. They will have one office location in Waltham, MA. NewCo is a software company that has their own line of software they write internally. They are a 100% Microsoft environment, and will expect the datacenter to be the same. Each of the technologies and tools used should be configured as H/A, with backup and restoration processes in place. Everything is currently on-premis but they are not objective to having services provisioned in the cloud, if it makes sense to the business. Your Task: Your task is to perform the above work and submit it to the customer in the form of a technical document. This should be sufficient to submit to a customer, and must be presentable to both a C-level executive and the technical staff. Meaning, it must include any and all costs, as well as technical details. You will not be implementing the changes that you recommend, so no detail need be left undocumented. *Note that you are more than welcome to ask any and all clarifying questions about the infrastructure if needed.* ...

Overview
The system design document is divided into several sections with various subsections.
The sections include the introductory of the system, use cases, assumption, design decision,
detail database design, database administering and monitoring, pricing of the model, dynamic
model, non-functional requirements and finally the supplementary documentation. With this
segment, it will be much easier to follow up with the document as it is large and can be
confusing in when going through it without a proper direction. It serves as the map of the whole
documentation.
Introduction
A good and proper database is not done with quick novices but with a required and
formal approach to gathering customer's information and model it. This modeling of the database
is formal with a direct identification of different entities and data elements. In designing a
database in the cloud server and storage server, data normalization is very important as it reduces
the redundancy and inconsistent of the data by ensuring all elements are design appropriately.
Majorly designing of the database is to transform a customer’s logical data model into a more
physical database. The network g...
