Due to the latest happenings across the globe, like evolving economies, political disorder, and the rising challenge of managing from a distance, companies, businesses, and organizations have been cautious and anxious about sending their employees into different countries. Earlier the international jobs were considered as an opportunity for growth and advancement in career. But due to the safety concerns extra cost is spent by the company on their employees.
