different ways. Outsourcing was used to increase the value of
organization and decrease the cost involved. Due to the latest
happenings across the globe, like evolving economies, political
disorder, and the rising challenge of managing from a distance,
companies, businesses, and organizations have been cautious and anxious
about sending their employees into different countries. Earlier the
international jobs were considered as an opportunity for growth and
advancement in career. But due to the safety concerns extra cost is
spent by the company on their employees. Due to uncertainties and the
“what if’s” that go along with operating abroad, this will play a
significant role and factor in to whether or not an organization or
company will do business within that country.
