The average molecular speed in a sample of O2 gas is 443 m/s at 297 K. The average molecular speed in a sample of CO2 gas is  m/s at the same temperature.

molar mas of oxygen=32

molar mass of CO2= 12+2*16=44

v(CO2)/v(02)= (m(O2)/m(Co2))^0.7

=(32^O.7)/(44^0.7)=0.8

v(CO2)=0.8*443=354.4m/s
