find the vertex:  f(x)= 2xsquared +5x + 1

Vertex = -b/2a = -(5)/2*2 = -5/4 :) or 1.25

y = 2(-5/4)^2 + 5*(-5/4) + 1 = -2.12

vertex = (-1.25,-2.12)
