Positive Effects of Exercise Across the Lifespan by Steve Peterson. The topic discusses about
importance of exercise and how the body is preserved from being attacked by several chronic
diseases. Additionally, the chapter indicates the reasons as to why exercise is necessary for old
aged people as well as showing how the young generation should start being involved in doing
exercise. The body is likely to receive uncountable benefits if it is subjected to exercises. Human
beings are advised in The Positive Effects of Exercise Across the Lifespan chapter to take
physical exercise with seriousness and do it regularly. Practicing every moment becomes a habit
and people would take it as their role even when in their old age they would still want to
participate in exercising. Exercise chances are not for a special group in the society but
collectively all individuals are called upon to take up the initiative to a higher level such that
generation after generation, people will be used to exercising hence less diseases witnessed in the
community.
It is true that physical exercise reducing the amount of fats accumulated in the body.
People tend to consume foods which are rich in calories, proteins and fats forgetting about other
nutrients such as vitamins, water and minerals (Morgan, 2017). Due to such feeding habits,
people tend to grow big and end being attacked by diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes
and hypertension. In order to do away with nutrition associate diseases, individuals are advised
