By algebraically

y = 1/2x + 5/2

3x + 2y = 1

Simplifying

x - 2y = - 5

3x + 2y = 1

Adding them

4x = - 4

x = - 1

Now put the value of x in any equation. then

3(-1) + 2y = 1

- 3 + 2y = 1

2y = 4

y = 2

Hence the solution is  (-1, 2)

By graphically 

when we draw the graph, then we locate the point where the lines will meet.

now from graph, we can see the point where lines are intersecting, which is the solution.
