Description
This is a research paper focusing on the issue of homelessness in the greater Los Angeles area, expanding on to the entirety of our nation. It should identify the issue, then elaborate on ways to resolve it on a larger scale.
Write an EIGHT to TEN page research paper based on a topic of your choosing. The topic should be timely and relevant, and it should be part of ongoing critical debates amongst scholars, researchers, or other experts. The paper itself must be organized around a central argument (i.e., your thesis), and will be graded on your ability to find and incorporate appropriate research materials. In this regard, your research should demonstrate the ability: 1) to identify and utilize credible sources; 2) to understand, analyze, and evaluate the specific claims and evidence within those sources; and 3) to incorporate these materials in a way that supports your argument (either through corroboration or by critiquing the position/reasoning of others). Your paper must include a separate Works Cited page (not included as part of the minimum page requirement) with at least TEN credible sources – FIVE of these must be scholarly books.
