A riddle for you :)

A rancher is selling 240 cattle.  Half of the are sold to a neighboring ranch that has less than 160 acres.  One-third of the cattle are sold to his foreman who is starting his own ranch of 280 acres.  How many cattle are sold to the foreman ???
