I have found that Ka for KNO2 is 7.1 x 10^-4
Check this value
HNO2 <=> H+ + NO2-
start
0.581

at equilibrium
0.581-x .. . x. . . .x

Ka = (x)^2/ 0.581-x
x = [H+]= 0.0192 M
pH = - log 0.0192=1.72
pOH = 14 - pH = 14 - 1.72=12.28 ( 12.3 at 3 significant figures)
