defined as the process of acting on a given information. Communication can also be
explained as the process of sending verbal as well as the non-verbal information and
understanding is created between the sender and the receiver of the message. Usually,
communication to be effective, it has to be a two-way process. The communication
process becomes complete when the sender sends the message, the receiver gets the
message, the message is understood accordingly and feedback is sent back to the sender.
