P(-5,4), Q(1,4), R(1,1); (x,y) ------> (x +1, y - 6)

I need to do this for home work but I don't have graph paper at home.

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

if you are given an equation e.g y +x=4

you can draw a table of x and y e.g when x=1 then y=3 in the equation above

p(-5,4) Q(1,4)

slope=change in y/change in x

=(y-6-y)/(x+1-x)

=-6/1

=-6

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
