This is where a business aims at ensuring that it is conducting its business in an ethical
manner. This occurs by being conscious of its impact on the environment, environment, and
social environment, in addition to human rights consideration. It can occur in various forms, for
instance, the business collaborating with the local community (Galbreath, 2018), as it is the case
with Wal-Mart. CSR is a key collaboration base. It turns out to be quite rewarding for Wal-Mart.
Wal-Mart did contribute heavily towards the wellbeing of the community in its global
responsibility program. It was concerned about the well-being of its associates and other
stakeholders following the Hurricane Katrina event. This way, it gave an opportunity to the
people affected to find their way back to normal lives, in fact, it even made their situation better
