Many business and organizations use spam as a method of selling and promoting their
products directly to consumers. However, spams are a very nuisance and irritating for many
people because it is something they are interested with, or it interrupts something they are
watching or listening to at the moment (Janssens et al. 2014). The different types of spams that
business use is the advertising mail that is everywhere in emails until there was a creating of a
platform that is called junk mails to classify them. The other types of spam are the televising,
newspapers, and radio commercials that pop up while something is ongoing that is popular to
people (Krishnamurthy 2000). While most spams can be annoying, there is a way a legitimate
organization can use spam in an effective and nonintrusive manner to promote their products.
Hypothetically, imagine a legitimate business considering the reasons that make spam
