be found in nearly every major city around the world. Despite its globalization, Chinese food is
rooted in ancient wisdom and culture and advanced through modern science and technology. It
has been created and developed through a lengthy history of China and its culture. Food culture
in China remains a very important culture for the Chinese people. Traditional Chinese foods that
demonstrate China’s culture, reality and art serves a critical purpose in the day-to-day lives of the
people of China. Over the decades, Chinese food has gained much attention from the food
industry, scientists and health providers globally because of the vast values associated with it
