In the history, the new deal was a collection of programs and policies that were instituted
at the period of the great depression by Franklin who was by then the president with an objective
of restoring prosperity in America. Later in 1933, Roosevelt took over the office and did swift
actions in an attempt to help those who were suffering by providing them with jobs and offering
relief and also tried to stabilize the economy of the country. The government, for the next eight
years, brought a collection of New Deal programs and projects like the WPA, CCC, TVA, and
SEC among others with the aim of restoring prosperity and dignity to the Americans.
Later, a second new deal was launched with a more aggressive collection of federal
projects and programs, (Mead, 98). The WPA; Works Progress Administration was created to
offer job opportunities to the people who were unemployed. This project was not permitted to be
