(a) the speed of the race car 

(b) the distance traveled

solving we get    (a)   velocity of car  = 20.68 m/sec

(C) v = u+at ; 20.68 = 0.74 t or we get   time = 27.94 sec   or 28 sec

B)   distance traveled = S = 0.5 * 0.74 * 27.94^2  = 288.84 m

A: 20.68 m/s

B : 288.84 m

C : 28 sec
