Some of the good self care practices for diabetes include exercising on a regular basis, lifestyle changes, seeking information through various platforms such as the internet. I believe they are the best choices for ameliorating the symptoms because one is able to keep track of what they are doing and what they are taking in which in turn helps with the condition they have. Changing there lifestyle can improve their condition
