The positive psychology interventions (PPIs) are theoretically-founded and empiricallyvalidated activities, instructions and recommendations which are designed to enhance well-being
(Zolfagharifard, 2013). Notably, the PPIs deploy the use of positive strengths and emotions to
enhance well-being. The savoring intervention is an example of PPI developed by scientists to
enhance people to savor their positive experiences by exploring their memories of past positive
experiences (Zolfagharifard, 2013). Besides, gratitude intervention is an example of PPIs
designed to increase gratitude through approaches such as counting blessings, grateful self refection and grateful visits. Additionally, forgiveness interventions are effective in healing
minds and bringing reconciliation to families, communities, groups, and couples (Pluskota,
