What does the mean by,(a) situational entrepreneurship, and (b) cooperative venturing?

Oct 22nd, 2017

(A) Situational Entrepreneurship means: that a leader (CEO) becomes a co-leader and divide the duty of his or her endeavors into divisions with a leader that excels in that area, meaning if a person in good at accounting, would be put  under the fiance group/division of the company, not the Engineering division where they would not benefit the company.  Having multiple leaders that excel in their respective divisions of the company rather than one overseeing them all would benefit the company in the long run.

(B) Cooperative Venturing is going into an Enterprise/business with other partners that share the same interests and back that idea.  They share in the profit as wells as the benefits. These people are not just investors, they either work there or run it.
