Globalization will help the spread of religions thus make a bigger percentage of earth dwellers religious. Globalization is taking job opportunities away from the people. People can come together and more efficient machines are invented thus the human labor needed is minimized. 3. How is the Treaty of Tordesillas a good example of globalization? (10) The treaty of Tordesillas between Portugal and Spain did set boundaries of the undiscovered and discovered land out of Europe. Some people think that globalization is surrounded by such fallacies thus not healthy for everybody. 5. What is a modernist view and what is a post-modernist view? How does it connect to globalization? (20) Post-modernism is the kind of suspicion towards all absolute truth claims. It can also be defined as incredulity towards metanarratives. This means that a post-modernist is not easily convinced but requires strong evidence. Modernism in the cultural movement that originated from the enlightment in the 19th and early 20th century. It happened in architecture, anthropology and in many other original works. Each one of them revolves around changes in social and cultural behavior around the globe. In this definition, information is also shared among people from different nations in their residential places.
