Description
The simulation is designed so that the team will fail if each member is not actively engaged in the problem.
This simulation and debrief will occur during a single class meeting. A portion of your grade for this
exercise will be based on your team’s relative performance in the simulation. The bulk of your grade will be
based on a 1-2 page reflection paper on your team’s performance and lessons learned from the exercise.
The reflection paper should contain:
Reflection on your intentions, thoughts, and feelings during the simulation. Integrating material from the
class readings and discussions, what elements of team dynamics made your team more effective? Less
effective? How can you incorporate these lessons to improve your performance in future team projects?

As the situation describes the environment, the first problem that we are likely to face
will be the cold. The first thing is to combat the cold by finding means to keep our bodies warm
and trying to preserve the body heat by preventing heat loss. I will solve this problem by
minimizing insulated themselves as much as they can.
