SWOT ANALYSIS

strength - they have a good adequate website full of description.

weaknesses-people only rely on the information on the website

threats- competition form other charitable firms

opportunity-they are able to expand there charity work to various places


PEST

pest refers to political, economical, social cultural and technological.

political environment may bring a change on the e-commerce of oxfam in terms of laws and regulation put in place .

economical factors may affect the donations of a country and thus affects the e-commerce.

technological environment -changes in technology changes day on day and this can bring in the issues of competition.


social cultural environment this affects the buyers behaviors.

threats of substitutes-there is the existence of inferior subsistence goods

bargaining power of the suppliers-there exists competitors in the industry and thus this makes them try on coming up with strategies that make them achieve the competitive advantage.

bargaining power of the customer-the firm has many customers
