Description
The game known in this project as Connect Three is a variant of the commercial game Connect Four in which a player wins by matching 3 of their pieces in a line (rather than 4) on board that is 5 rows by 4 columns (rather than 6 rows by 7 columns). Player X always goes first, resulting in first player advantage for Player X due to the particular parameters of this variant of the game.

Report for ABC, Inc. continued
you will continue with the report for ABC, Inc. that you started in Week 1 Project and continued in Week 2 Project. Remember to review the scenario document for the company profile and overall security objectives. Modify and correct the plan you created for Week 2 Project to accommodate suggestions and recommendations from your instructor and your own changes based on the readings and activities for this week. Use Track Changes or color code your changes and additions so that the changes are easy to identify. This week you will consider planning, implementing, and verifying a protected database for the organization. This involves restricting user access and permissions. You will also consider the mobile computers for the marketing department and how they should be secured for use.Using the South University Online Library or the Internet, research about the following:Planning and implementing security for mobile computers and mobile devicesPlanning and implementing a secure databaseVerification testing for security mechanisms that are in placeUsing the project report from W2 Assignment 2, complete the following tasks by adding 3- to 4-pages to your existing report:
Modify the report from W2 Assignment 2 to accommodate suggestions and recommendations from your instructor and your own changes based on the readings and activities for this week. Color code your changes to the report so that they are easy to identify.Provide recommendations to secure the computers in the Marketing department of this organization. These computers travel outside of the network, so you need to consider how they will connect to the home server, and what should be done to protect them. You should consider the level of access they have to the network and the consequence if they are stolen or used by someone outside of the organization.Provide recommendations for securing network traffic between the workstations within the building and the server. Identify trust boundaries for the organization and recommend security measures for each trust boundary. Characterize which trust boundaries represent the highest level of trust and those that represent the lowest; what is the distinction between these levels?Recommend measures to harden the server OS to prevent outsiders from accessing the networked computers. Identify the services for your recommended OS that will aid in the security effort. Explain the policy that should be used for patches and updated on both the server and the workstation OSs. Why is this an important consideration?Secure the database of the organization and assign the required permissions to the users. You should create a chart of groups and permissions for this portion of the assignment (you do not need to identify specific tables, just information groups).Describe the implementation process and timeline for your recommendations. Try to give as reasonable a timeline as possible and explain the timeframe you choose.Expand the section of your report for verifying the implementation of the previously suggested security recommendations from Week 1 and 2. Identify what is being tested for each verification activity and what is proven by each activity. This should include testing activities to make sure the security system is working properly. An example of this would be using an intentionally incorrect password to make sure the system does not allow the login.Be sure to include your references and citations for the measures and activities you suggest. You should have gathered this from the research in the library or on the Internet.

Writing Two easy Java programs.
Exercise 1Part 1Create a class SavingsAccount. Use a static class variable to store the annualInterestRate for each of the savers. Each object of the class contains a private instance variable savingsBalance indicating the amount the saver currently has on deposit. Provide method calculateMonthlyInterest to calculate the monthly interest by multiplying the balance by annualInterestRate divided by 12; this interest should be added to savingsBalance. Provide a static method modifyInterestRate that sets the annualInterestRate to a new value. Write a driver program to test the class SavingsAccount. Instantiate two different savingsAccount objects, saver1 and saver2, with balances of $2000.00 and $3000.00, respectively. Set annualInterestRate to 4%, then calculate the monthly interest and print the new balances for each of the savers. Then set the annualInterestRate to 5% and calculate the next months interest and print the new balances for each of the savers. Part 2Write another class SpecialSavings that extends SavingsAccount to pay interest of 10% on accounts that have balances that exceed 10K. Also provided methods to deposit and take money out of savings account. Write a driver program to test the class SpecialSavings. Instantiate two different savingsAccount objects, saver1 and saver2, with balances of $2000.00 and $3000.00, respectively. Make a few deposits and withdrawals and show balance and interest earned for each account. Some Tips for helping you with Lab 4:For Lab 4 part 1 - Pl. follow the instructions in the assignment and write the class definition. A driver program is the code you would write in main() to exercise the code of class definition. You should declare private variable in your class definition. You should also write protected methods to set and get the value of private variables. For Exercise 1 part 2 - You need to write deposit and withdrawal methods. Should you put this in parent class or child class? Try to answer this question so that you have most reusability in your class definition. In this part - you have to learn how polymorphism works. You will have accounts whose balance might be above or below 10K. By using methods in both classes try to change the interest earned to 10% if balance is above 10K or 4% if the interest is lower.Exercise 2Design a Ship, CargoShip and CruiseShip class being mindful of behavior of each. Demonstrate the classes in a program that has a Ship array. Assign various Ships, CruiseShip and CargoShip to the array elements.CargoShip and CruiseShip are a child of Ship class.Pl. submit a class diagram for each exercise, along with code and test runs.RubricRubric of Exercise 1, Exercise 2Rubric of Exercise 1, Exercise 2CriteriaRatingsPtsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeDescription of criterionNo errors, program always works correctly and meets the specification(s).2.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks2.0 ptsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeCode could be reused as a whole or each routine could be reused.2.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks2.0 ptsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeConcepts of Inheritance and Polymorphism are applied.7.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks7.0 ptsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeJava coding conventions are followed.1.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks1.0 ptsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeCode Readability (as suggested in class).1.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks1.0 ptsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeAdequately tested (unique test cases, covering boundary conditions).1.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks1.0 ptsThis criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeClass diagram is provided (UML usage is not required).1.0 ptsFull Marks0.0 ptsNo Marks1.0 ptsTotal Points: 15.0
