This thirty-nine year old man who held many occupations and was tossed through years of unfortunate failures was able to inspire two Revolutions against his homeland Great Britain and their tempestuous taxations and practice of inequality. The spirit of what Thomas Paine was trying to accomplish was easily accumulated into his inspiring quote, “We have it in our power to begin the world over again.”
