y as the volume of syrup Eva receive
then
X+Y=16000----------------(1)
Y=3x/5-40
5y-3x=-200-----------------(2)
(1) multifly by 3
3x+3y=48000---------------(3)
then
(2)+(3)
5y+3y=48000-200
8y=47800
y=5975 ml
so x=16000-5975
x=10025 ml
volume of syrup bell receive=10025 ml
volume of syrup Eva receive =5975 ml
