This is very similar to the one i just answered the same rules apply here. 

A solution is where the two lines meet.

We start with X. We move along the left side and we see the solution is a little after -2. So we can conclude it is -2.1 or -2.2

Next we look from the Y axis. We move 3 units down from the origin. the red line is on the -3 point. So the solution is 

 (-2.1/-2.2, -3)

The bold is the X value. 

Remember the format for an coordinate is 

(X,Y)
