- Please read the question carefully and understand what's been asked well.
- Correctly model the problem as a linear program. You must show the mathematical model. You must declare your decision variables, objective function, and constraints. Your solution must be written out completely and logically.
- Solve your linear program using the IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio. You must attach the actual CPLEX file as well as the solution in a word doc. You also need to attach a screenshot of your code along with a screenshot of the solution.

Lafene Health Center Workforce Scheduling
Lafene Health Center is planning to open its facilities 24 hours a day and wants to determine an optimal
schedule for their nurses. A nurse's work schedule is 8 hours in a row and can only start at the beginning of each
shift. The personnel requirement for each shift is shown in Table 1.

Each nurse is paid $100 per hour in the daytime (from 8:00am to 8:00 pm) and $125 at night (from 8:00pm to
8:00am on the following day). Consider that each nurse can also work overtime hours. If a nurse works
overtime hours, then she/he will work 4 consecutive hours beyond her/his normal work time, and be paid an
additional 50% for each of the 4 hours. Furthermore, no more than 25% of the nurses can work overtime hours
at each shift. Formulate a linear program to minimize labor expenses. You must solve the linear program using
the IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio. (Hint: If your solution is correct, it will provide integer values)

Southern New Hampshire University User Testing Prompts Discussion
OverviewA very important aspect of user testing is to ensure that every user is treated the same, and that both test materials and procedures are exactly the same from user to user. Creating a test plan to use during testing ensures that the users get the same tasks and the same prompts for help (if needed). Read Turn User Goals into Task Scenarios for Usability Testing and Things a Therapist Would Say (after clicking the link, choose either the Word or PDF version of the text), which will provide examples of ways to develop tasks and prompts to include in your test plan to effectively support users during testing.PromptAfter reading the articles, complete the following activities:For each of the situations given below, develop two user testing prompts that would be appropriate:The user is stuck after finishing one portion of a task and doesn’t know what to do next. The user has clicked on the system-furnished help but doesn’t seem to understand the message it has conveyed. The user is quiet and has not done anything with the software for several minutes.User testing is best when users are given tasks that are more personal to them. On a website selling shoes, a good task would be “Buy a pair of Nike LeBron 7 Big Kids Shoes for your nephew,” as opposed to “Buy a pair of shoes.” In other instances, rather than giving users specific tasks, you should ask them to do something more general. For example, instead of saying, “Go to the heading on the initial page that says SALE, then select the category ‘shoes,’ then find a pair for under $40,” you might say, “You are looking for a new pair of shoes on this store website but you don’t want to spend very much money. How would you proceed?”For each of the general tasks below, develop a more personalized task that could be used in a usability test. It is okay to use names of specific websites.Go to Fandango and find a movie.Order something from a clothing website.Figure out how to return an item you purchased.Make an appointment to see a doctor.Guidelines for SubmissionYour written responses must be submitted as a Word document (.doc), and must address all of the tasks http://sensible.com/download-files/https://www.nngroup.com/articles/task-scenarios-usability-testing/

Project Disaster Recovery Plan Paper Discussion
There are several natural disaster threats to information system infrastructure components such as storms, power outages, and earthquakes. Physical security involves methods for securing equipment, securing building access, and fire protection. Data and knowledge are key assets for business organizations. It is essential that hardware, software, communications and data, and knowledge are available when needed. Imagine you are in charge of IT security for a company. How would you plan for a natural disaster that rendered the building and servers inoperable? Where would you store backups? What would be your plan for recovering normal operations? In a three-page paper, not including the title and reference pages, develop an outline of a disaster recovery plan. Define the purpose of a disaster recovery plan, identify and list common components of a disaster recovery plan, and explain at least two common strategies that businesses use for securing hardware, software, communications and data, and knowledge. All references must be in APA style and from credible academic resources, including peer-reviewed industry trade publications or articles from the SNHU Shapiro Library database system.

GCCCD Pipelined Processor Design and Simulation Paper
Your HDL code for the processor must utilize parametric modules, such as multiplexers, program counter, adders, instruction memory, control unit, register file in read first mode, arithmetic logical unit (ALU), sign extension unit, data memory. Your design most be modular, i.e., your design should use a top level module instantiating all the required sub modules of the microarchitecture, including the data path and the controller. You must develop a test bench for testing your processor. you design will be tested by excepting a MIPS program by your designed and implemented processor. Add the hazard unit to your designed and implemented parametric pipelined MIPS processor to solve data hazards by data forwarding and stalling the pipeline, if necessary, and eliminate possible control hazards. All branch decisions should be made in the decode stage.
You most demonstrate your processor operation by executing the attached MIPS instructions.

Assignment 1 Case Study
You
are employed by The Baypoint Group (TBG), a company of 50 consultants
that assists organizations and businesses with issues involving network
planning, design,
implementation, and problem solving. You have recently been hired by TBG
to work with one of their new clients, Vincent Medical Center (VMC), a
large health care facility, concerning their wireless needs.
Each
day, VMC doctors and nurses throughout the facility attend to thousands
of patients, update medical records, issue prescriptions, and order
medical exams. VMC deployed a sophisticated suite of medical software
that stores all patient records, exam results, and diagnoses. The system
is also fully integrated with VMC’s pharmacy and can process purchase
orders, payments, and receipts as well as inventory and shipments. However, all
data entry and processing currently requires that a staff member be at a
nursing station or office to access the application and central VMC
database.
1.
VMC is interested in learning about the possibilities of upgrading all
of its infrastructure and deploying a wireless network to allow doctors,
nurses, and all staff to access information from anywhere within the
entire medical facility (two buildings). VMC does not want to spend
money installing additional network cabling connections to every patient
room. VMC has asked you to make a presentation to its administrator
regarding the use of a WLAN.
Create a presentation to deliver to the staff about WLANs. Be sure to cover the following points:
Greater mobility for doctors and nurses
Ease and cost of installation
Easier network modifications
Increased network reliability
Radio signal interference
Security
Instructions:
Students
will submit their assignment as a Word document. Submissions should be
submitted in a font and page set-up that is readable and neat. All
essays must be prepared in Microsoft Word and uploaded to the
appropriate online assignment. Please include your name,
course number, week number and assignment name at the top of your
submissions e.g. StudentName -ISSC343 – Week 1 Case Study. this is the referenceon the book Olenewa, Jorge. Guide to Wireless Communications.. [VitalSource Bookshelf].I'll upload the first chapter in case you need it
