actually the system analyst should advice on ho to prevent the system from breaking down instead of waiting for the system to break down then responds.

the system breakdown can be prevented by:

1. employing specialists who will be monitoring the system

2. backing up the data

3. installing an antivirus an updating it regularly

4. not installing a lot of softwares in the computer
