WHY CLONING IS MORALLY CORRECT
Cloning is one of the biological engineering processes that are used by biological
engineers to produce genetically identical organisms either naturally or through artificial means.
The process has been criticized by many people as some argue that cloning is morally incorrect.
In other words, cloning should not be encouraged (Annas et al., 2002). However, this is not
always true because cloning of organisms has some benefits both to plants and animals that when
considered by humans, can help a great deal. It is imperative to understand that numerous
arguments attempt to reject the concept of reproductive cloning by claiming that it is immoral.
However, their arguments do not hold any waters within any given context since the
reproductive cloning have been seen to have numerous benefits within the reproductive context
(Annas et al., 2002).
