You need to include an executive summary (introduction) that is directed at your potential funding sources. Keep in mind that in 30 seconds, they need to be able to understand: What is your business? What are you asking for? And why should they lend/invest in your venture?
Prepare a closing summary that reminds investors/lenders of your strengths and leave them feeling confident that a "yes" decision is the right one. Remember, your potential funding sources may look at a dozen proposals a day, and something needs to set your request apart from the competition.
