Austin’s article, “A Method for Facilitating Controversial Social Change in Organizations: Branch Rickey and the Brooklyn Dodgers.” Much of what is discussed in the Austin article is reflected in the movie 42.Create an initial post of between 400 and 500 words. Analyze Branch Rickey’s approach to introducing Jackie Robinson as a member of the Dodger organization in the context of Kurt Lewin’s planned change process model.
