The statement, “I think therefore I am,” cannot be replaced by the statement, “I love
therefore I am.” The reason behind this is simple. We as the human race are a product of our
thoughts. What others see of us out there, is what has already been built up in our minds. The
human psychology works in such a way that can be related to that of a computer GIGO, which
means garbage in, garbage out (Allen, Dinan, Clarke & Cryan, 2017). It is therefore with no
doubt that the thoughts that we have about various subjects surrounding our lives are what make
us have various perceptions towards the same.
Again, we all have a sense of intuition that only varies from one individual to another.
For instance, in the case whereby one has a mere motive of doing something, they will always
have the thought of whether they are going to do perfectly and succeed and at the same time,
they will have another thought on what may happen in the event they do not succeed(Roth,
2015). Notably, the same will apply in the relationships that exist between us and other people.
Your thoughts about those people guide how much you can trust them, count on them, and
believe them among many other factors.
On the other hand, the statement; "I love therefore I am.” Is more of a bubble of words
that may not necessarily make sense to any given human being. This is on the basis that love is
just a feeling and does not come jus...
