The Uniform Commercial Code governs sales contracts. Other contracts are governed primarily by contract common law. Identify a situation where the UCC differs from contract common law. Why do you think that difference exists?

The terms for both contract governing tools are much different. This can be attributed to the fact that common law requires a description on the quantity, price, performance time, nature of work and identity of an offer to be part of a valid contract.  UCC only specifies that quantity is a must have term in its contracts.to the fact that
