1     0.38      =0.38

2    0.10       =0.20

3    0.02       = 0.06

Total SUM[X * P(X)] = 0.64 ---------Mean

Standard deviation = SQRT of {SUM[X^2 * P(X)] - mean^2} 

X^2    P(X)

0        0.5----------> 0

1         0.38--------> 0.38

4         0.10------>0.40

9         0.02------->0.18

{SUM[X^2 * P(X)--->0.96

Standard deviation = SQRT of {SUM[X^2 * P(X)] - mean^2} 

                            =SQRT of ( 0.96-0.64^2)

                             =SQRT of( 0.5504) = 0.74188

                          ANS    = 0.74
