When creating a business plan, it is important to look at the market overview which enables
entrepreneurs and investors to carry out market analysis. Through market analysis, people
understand their roles in the marketplace which result in financial attractiveness towards the
market (Scarborough, 2016). Modifications can be made throughout the business plan while trying
to come up with a marketing plan outline which will boost a certain brand. Through the
development of Market Overview and Situational Analysis, a mission for a business plan can be
created to suit a certain environment created by the current market.

Personal mission – when developing a business plan for an ideal person, a personal
mission like offering quality services to clients should be considered greatly (Aaker, 1992).
This type of mission arises from within the person as they seek to provide quality services
to maintain their credibility while operating.
Situation analysis- when conducting situation analysis, some factors like qualitative and
qualitative assessment are essential when conducting market analysis. These type of
assessment helps in determining various segment like a variety of customer’s segment,
people’s buying pattern, volume and value of the services to the market, all the competitors
available in the market and the economic environment present during the start of businesses
